Interplast PPR pipe and fittings are a hot and cold water supply system suitable for all potable water applications and heating systems. The pipes are made from Beta PPR, the most advanced PPR available today and injection molded fittings are made of Polypropylene Random (PPR) type 3. This rigorous, long lasting (50 years or more), leak free system is joint by fusion welding, ensuring a homogeneous plastic system similar to PE pipe systems.
Fields of application
Interplast PPR is designed for applications, such as:

Interplast PPR System offers a complete range of pipes and fittings in the dimensions 20mm to 110mm. Pipes are available in PN10, PN16, PN20 and PN25 pressure ratings.
Interplast offers our clients a full range of PPR fittings. Special fittings like combined pipe fittings for flanged joints, plastic valves with brass cock plug (classic and under-plaster types), ball valves with nickel coated brass ball (classic and under-plaster types), special elements as short by-pass bends and compensation pipes also belong to our product portfolio.
Furthermore all necessary tools and accessories are offered, such as welding and cutting devices, scrapers, insulating systems, fixing clips, metal sleeves.
The PP-Random Beta used in the production of the Interplast PPR system has higher hydraulic capacity compared with regular PPR and it is a cost efficient system due to beneficial dimensioning. PPR - Beta has a high molecular weight and excellent creep resistance. These are fundamental characteristics for the transportation of hot fluids under pressure. It also has good impact strength. Large bends can be obtained by cold forming. The maximum bend radius by cold forming is 8 times the diameter of the pipe.

Meeting all requirements
Interplast PPR-Beta Pipes are produced according to EN ISO 15874-2 standard while the fittings offered are produced according to EN ISO 15874-3.
The pipes and injection moulded fittings are joined by fusion welding, ensuring a homogeneous and leak proof plastic system. Jointing can be done by socket fusion (thermofusion/polyfusion) and electrofusion.
Jointing by polyfusion: 1. Cut pipe square 2. Make sure the pipe end is clean 3. Heat pipe and fitting on the polyfusion device 4. Insert the pipe end into the fitting to full depth and hold for prescribed seconds. Ready!
